Shipping policy
Order processing
Unless a different processing time is shown on the product page or at checkout, orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after business hours begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated delivery
For United States orders, estimated delivery is normally 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, peak-season demand, customs, or an incorrect address.
If we cannot ship your order within the stated time, we will contact you with an updated estimate and give you the option to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Address changes
Review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact ahasimb788@gmail.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because the address provided at checkout was incomplete or incorrect.
Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Then contact us so we can assist. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
International orders
International availability and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees unless checkout states otherwise.
