Return and Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

To protect product quality and customer safety, dietary supplements and other ingestible products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a return. You must also provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

Opened, used, or unsealed ingestible products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Gift cards are final sale. Promotional and sale-priced items are eligible under the same rules stated in this policy.

How to request a return

Email ahasimb788@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Do not send products back without prior authorization.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate resolution. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include photos of the product and shipping packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it must be handled under this return policy.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect an approved return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

European Union customers

If an order is shipped into the European Union, you may have a 14-day right to cancel or return it under applicable law. Hygiene and health-protection exceptions may apply to sealed goods after they are unsealed.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
